Information shared during coaching sessions, assessments, and consultancy engagements is held under strict professional confidentiality. Our coaches operate under a code of ethics that prohibits disclosure of client information except in the following circumstances:

  • You have given explicit written consent to share specific information
  • Disclosure is required by law or court order
  • There is a credible risk of serious harm to yourself or others

For institutional (Poimen Mastery) engagements, all team members sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before work begins.
